Raspberry Pi Box LCD 1602

Raspberry Pi box designed to hold a LCD 1602 screen with a piggyback controller; so it is a bit taller. Tested with and supports Raspberry Pi 2 & 3. The openings for the ports would need to be resized for the Pi4. I designed it to use a Pi as a PID controller for my coffee machine.

The screen mounts into the top and is positioned lower to allow room for jumpers to be connected to the GPIO pins. It has 3x 8mm holes below the screen for adding pushbuttons. The screen snaps into place into the lid. And the Raspberry Pi snaps into the base. The box snaps shut as well, so there are no screws or other parts.

The top can be printed without supports, but the bottom will need supports for the power port hole and the tabs which hold the pi-board in place.
