Raspberry Pi camera additional parts

Variations on the Raspberry Pi camera module case and adjustable arm by 3dkarma and alexspeller. Finger connectors on the "bottom" (cable opening) side of the case, and a flat version of the mounting clip for screwing into any old surface.

The alternative `clip` and `socket` models are designed to fit together. Print out multiple sockets, attach them to different surfaces, and squeeze the clip into position to hold your Raspberry Pi camera there.
