Case that fits Raspberry pi 3, 3b (probably 2 and 4 but i didn't try) and standard camera module. Comes with two bottoms for ceiling and wall installation. For powering Pi, PoE hat can be used or cheaper version with passive splitter and step-down converter, last one require soldering skill. Holes 2.8mm diameter, works for M3 screws just fine.
