Raspberry Pi Camera Holder with clip for case

Wanted a camera mount that could clip directly into the knockout for a display cable my [raspberry pi's case](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01I1OESI6).

After trying some 2 piece pan tilt designs, settled on replicating the ball pivot from [Raspberry Pi Camera Mount for 2020 Extrusions by TheOddArtisan](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1156296) but switched the ball to the case side and the retainer to the clip.
