raspberry pi camera v2 focusable head and support

[updated v0.2]
slight modifications to head, added some height, side clips and dial cover.

focusable camera in a simple casing.
no glue, no screw.
poseable and easy to mount to stuff
also wanted the casing to have horizontal lines

depending on the print res you may need a file.

filament use :
- 3.3m @1.75mm

print time :
- about 1.30h with body @.2mm + [email protected]
- 2h @.1mm
