I really like UltiArjan's pi crust for the excellent passive cooling. However the mount didn't work well for my needs, which included mounting a pi 3b+ under a printer enclosure.
So I remixed the mount to add 4 side screw flanges. You will need to print UltiArjan's top and bottom case halves to use it. I printed in ABS, and permanently bonded the bottom half of the case to the mount using acetone. Then I mounted the pi inside the base with nylon m3 bolts, secured the mount under my printer with wood screws, attached the camera ribbon, and bolted on the top with stainless m3 bolts.
Hopefully this will help drop my summer printing pi core temps down from 60-70C (that's with the very popular case on thingiverse that has no breathing room).
[edit: Confirmed, today in the garage where my printer resides it is 1-2C degrees warmer... pi is averaging 63C versus 67C yesterday (server running with a full HD resolution 10fps stream). I'm calling that a 5C reduction.]
