Raspberry Pi Cirrus Logic Audio Card Case

It is a box for raspberry pi (B+, 2 and 3) and Cirrus Logic Audio Card.
Requires four simple M3 x 40 screws to close the box, the plate and the card does not need any extra screws.

Added top lid with possibility to add leds status.
