Raspberry Pi Mounting for Ultimaker 2 (+)

A RPi mounting for UM2. It includes a ball-jointed and adjustable mounting for the Raspberry Camera.
It doesn't come in the way of any component or axis, but still gives a nice camera view at the building plate when using it in combination with OctoPrint.
The RPi-mounting is designed for accomodating the RPi casing designed by 0110-M-P (files can be found under: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:922740).
