Raspberry Pi Touch Display Wall Bracket

A bracket to mount the [official Raspberry Pi touch display](https://www.raspberrypi.org/blog/the-eagerly-awaited-raspberry-pi-display/) to the wall.

Originally designed as one piece, but it doesn't fit on my Lulzbot Mini that way, so I split it up. It might be better this way.
