UPDATE: Added extra holes for VESA 75x75. The original version is still available if you don't need the 75 holes.
Raspberry Pi 100x100mm VESA mount that will fit alongside a wall bracket if required. Based on my Minimal Raspberry Pi Case:

Pi screw holes should be a good fit for 5mm M2.5 bolts and the VESA holes should allow a loose fit for M4 bolts.
Tested with Raspberry Pi B+ / 2B / 3B and 3B+.
The Raspberry Pi 4 may fit but I've not tested it.
