Raspberry Pi Zero 2 OctoPi Case Touch Screen OctoTouch OctoDash

I modified the case (thnx!) to accept a raspberry pi zero 2 (also the previous one, but that wouldn't be powerful enough for octopi print server).

I provide two different top case parts because there are touch screens out there that looks like waveshare screens but are knockoffs. So sometimes they are rotated differently and thus the smaller border is on the other side.

To connect a longer camera cable you need an [CSI DSI Extender adapter](https://www.amazon.de/Adafruit-Extender-Thingy-Raspberry-Display/dp/B07M7VLSYW) inside the case, for that you also have a mount. Please see the pictures.

I also added 2 outgoings for the camera cables on the side and modified the cable outgoing area to fit 2 cables side by side.
