I make this case for Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W to fit exactly with the width of a 40mm rail.
You have 4 holes below to use with t-nuts to fix to the rail or to pass any wire.
The case have enough height to put the small version of step-down dc-dc converters.
The cover is designed to easily slide.
