Hi Guys. This is a case designed for the Raspberry Pi using DesignSpark Mechanical 4.0. The case is in three parts - base, case & top. The case is designed to be used as a print server with a switch and led fitted to a Raspberry Pi Zero. The case is separate to allow fitting the Raspberry Pi and installing the wiring. The case can then be glued onto the base to complete the assembly. this also facilitates the use of mixed colours which enhances the appearance of the finished design.
All the dimensions have been set to a multiple of 0.2mm which prevents any unusual surface distortion when printing.
To complete the assembly, the Raspberry Pi can be fitted to the base using 2mm x 5mm self tapping screws. You will need two of these.
The lid just clips into place.
