Raspberry Pi Zero Case w/extended lid

I liked the simplicity of cfunseth's design, but I had a small heatsink so I needed the cover to be a little taller. This design added 5mm in height to the cover (the IO cutout version), but also shaved down the pegs in the case (1.3W version) so they only extend out about 1mm from the PCB, and added supports in the cover for the pegs to fit into in order to keep the screwless design. The outside edge of the IO opening might need a small amount of support.
