I have the Vilros short camera adapter for my Pi Zero, and so there are two changes to Ed Coyne's awesome minimalist adapter -
* the camera is mounted at the end of Pi Zero,
* there is a cut-out for the heat sink.
The mounting also has extended legs to go around the Pi Zero since it must be mounted with the CPU towards the camera, to avoid twisting the camera cable.
This makes it possible to use the small camera cable from the Pi Zero to the HQ camera.
