This is a really good case for the Raspberry pi zero and HubPiWi attachment.
I designed this because i couldnt find any cases for it a while back, decided to upload it.
All ports have great clearance and you should have no problem plugging things in. I made this model a while ago, so i dont remember if you have to sand the connectors a bit but the one i have currently works great.
I printed in PLA - 20% infill.
