Raspberry Pi Zero USB Stem case - No header slot

As I didn't change the bottom part, I felt no need to upload it here. Grab it from the original work. If this is not good practice, let me know.

Also look the original thing for printing details, I just got rid of the slit for the header pins, as I want to use it with P4wnP1 and it should look as discrete as possible.
