I simply deleted the GPIO cutout and added a custom Honeycomb pattern for better ventilation.
Prints well in place and hinge works just great.
#Update 18.09.2019:
Added 2 more Honeycomb rows on the upper side to make the Status LED visible while the Case is closed.
Added 45° phase on outer edges.
