Remix of SoaPiBarZero and noserev:
- For Pi Zero W V1.1
- Top/Bottom made slim (by noserev)
- Screwless (by noserev)
- Camera out (by noserev)
- Relocated 13*12 Heatsink to accomodate Pi Zero W layout
- Bigger LED hole (it's possible to add/stuck 2 mm wide clear acrylic in order to see the ACT light out of the case
- Added a little stand between main chip and HDMI connector, otherwise the top part will be too fragile
- Deeper indentation for HDMI connector, 1 mm more
