Makes
Ratcheting cable clamp. Comes in 2 sizes:
a. Small (1" to 1.7" horizontally and 1.5" vertically)
b. Large (1.5" to 2.5" horizontally and 2.2" vertically)
The main hinging mechanism is print-in-place. The ratcheting thumb part is printed separately and must be attached to the main part using 2 small pieces of un-melted filament. The holes are 2mm in diameter so the filament is friction-fit, then cut flush with flush cutters. The printer should be really well tuned, as tolerances are tight for optimal functionality.
Unfortunately the design requires supports. I hate supports so I tried my best to come up with a design that doesn't utilize supports, yet retains the functionality of this ratchet cable clamp, but I couldn't. However, after several iterations I believe I've come up with a design that works really well.
If you need a larger (or smaller) size I'm happy to modify and upload as needed.
