Ratner key change safe locks, 3d printable version. There are some small changes with this lock and the original to make it 3d printable.
This lock was installed in Ratner safes, made in England and exported around the world. Have seen only one of these in Brisbane before.
The lock is quite unique in that the key can be easily changed. Once the safe lock is unlocked, inserting a new key sets a new combination. The combination is set every time the safe is unlocked, as the levers and the combination wheels are independent. http://24hourlocksmith.com.au/3d-printed-safe/
It has only 6 different parts that are easy to print. There are 7 wheels and 7 levers.
The key is thicker then the original safe key to make it stronger. When printing, i use a piece of cardboard to support the underside of the flag. Use hairspray if the plastic will not stick to the cardboard.
