Ratrig Flexplate Stop

This is a stop for easier placing the flex-plate on the magnetic base.
It works for 6mm thick aluminum plates.
Printing is possible without support, place the model with the red surface on the printer.
I used ABS, maybe ASA works as well.
(3 - 4 perimeters, 4 bottom and 4 top layers, 30% infill.)
To print the other side, only mirror the model in the slicer.

The dimensions work for 200mm as well as 300mm print-plates. Maybe helpful for the installation of the magnetic base as well.

What you need is a M4 threaded insert (the ones I use have a length of approx. 6mm and outer large diameter of approx. ø6.3mm) and a M4 sink-screw (length approx. 12 - 16mm works).
