This is a rattle reel for ice fishing, it lets you know when a fish has your bait by rattling. All you have to do is put 10-15, 2-3mm steel BB's in the base then glue the top on and you are good to go.

UPDATE: made new and improved. it is now easier to align and glue, print the threads and added skinny nut to act as a locking nut
