This model is the scroll wheel for the Razer Deathadder Elite.
Like me, most users of this model will have had their encoder coupler shaft snap off the scroll wheel. The model tries to address the issue by replacing the usual failure plane of the encoder hex-shaft and increasing general strength.
Chamfer and fillets have been added wherever doing so wouldn't affect the wheel's functionality. Make note that the wheel has a trapezoidal groove meant to receive the rubber ring of the original scroll wheel.
The model was printed and tested using resin printing in order to achieve better precision for the coupler shaft. The coupler shaft is a 1/16in hex key. Due to the size, FDM printing will require manual adjustements on the hex-key in order to fit properly with the encoder.
The original SolidWorks file is available for modifications.
