Revised Base:
Added 50mm in height for areas that get snow.
Added shoulder on middle post to prevent pixel holder insert from sliding down into base.
Added hole through base to allow for 12" ground stake (3/8"/10mm dia) directly to ground.
Added 6mm holes in base for cables in/out.
