RC Control Horn

These are three-piece control horns for RC fixed wing models. They are designed to pinch and pierce a control surface and be glued in place.

Print two plates for each horn. They are a very tight fit together - by design, you don't want them falling out. If they don't fit together with a little force, then you need to tune your printer.

Printing in PLA is just fine, and better than PET as PLA can be easily glued.

Use 100% infill and .2mm layer heights. Remember: thinner layers does NOT equal more strength.

These have three, 2mm holes for control rods
