Printable RC flying wing. 3D printed, using LW-PLA. Can use normal PLA, with only 1 wall loop of 5% sparse Infill. Flapaerons and motor mount printed using normal PLA. Requires 4-9gram servos, 6000+ KV brushless motor, with a 3-3.5inch 3 blade propeller, for best performance. Ideal print settings for LW-PLA, or Aero PLA on a Bambu Lab printer is as follows:0.12mm Layer Height.0.2mm initial Layer height.Slice Gap closing Radius: 0Wall Loops: 1Detect Thin wall: OnSparse Infill density: 4%, GridAll print speeds at 50mm/sEnable Default Tree supportSLICING MODE: EVEN-ODD When using LW-PLA, print 1 part at a time. There are no holes in the wing to fit servo's in the design, they are easy to cut out with a box cutter knife. This is done purposefully to fit various size servo's. Flapaerons are held in place via any 1mm rod, I used small 12mm long nails, as seen in the photo. Parts are attached to each other using superglue. Lid and base connect via 8mm diameter round magnets, with 3mm
