RC Helicopter test stand

This is a test stand for your rc helicopter, to do risk-free test flights.
It can pivot, rotate, and go up and down. Fit the top plate to a heli mount and the bottom plate to a workbench etc.
I will use this for my 450-size heli but you can resize it to fit any.
A step file is included for whatever you want to do with it
