Reach3D left holder for BL Touch

New BL Touch holder for the Reach3D if you have an E3Dv6.
Could still work with stock hot end.
Distance between BLTouch and NOZZLE is :
X -39
Y 0
Tricky to print, I had to print two of them apart on the bed, and strongly fan the printed parts because the vertical attachment is quite thin, and melts if you print just one.
Anyway, give it a try, approx 22 mins print when printing two at once.
The back clamps is useful to get the X endstop on the mount.
Original front clamp from the Reach3D could be used, but this one has lovely nuts insets =)
