To make these 'Read/Read Between the Lines' earrings, just attach earring hooks.
Minimal post-processing may be needed to remove stringing. A very small drill may help tidy the earring hook holes.

*Update 8/29/20: Version 2 uploaded, featuring a more narrow tab. (Much easier to connect to an earring hook without jump rings.)
