Reading demon book nook

This little demon was once haunting a monastery full of monks.One night, while getting ready for the next trick to play on those poor pius men, he found himself in room full of books.Those monks were scribes and that room was the scriptorium, the place where the monks meticulously produced manuscripts by hand.The little demon fell in love with those books and started reading them one by one, eventually forgetting about all his mischievous plans.The monks were obviously happy about that and they built the demon a little home inside the library, feeding him new books every day, so he would leave them alone. That's how this little demon ended up inside this book nook, where he still resides.
