Real Ghostbusters Firehouse Fire Pole Platform

I designed this replacement Real Ghostbusters Firehouse Fire Pole Platform from scratch by using reference photos of the actual part. I did not have the real part in hand, so everything about the design is an approximation. I tried to stay as true to original design as I saw in the reference photos.

The only issue I had was getting the inner workings of the spiral feature to work 100%. It works, but not all of the time. I spent several hours designing this piece. I hope you like it!

I had to break the print into 2 parts due to the size limitations of the Elegoo Mars print platform, but included the full model for those that can print it in one go. I used the Mars to make sure the knurled pattern came out defined. I'm not sure if you would get the same detail on a FDM printer.
