Really Useful Box Divider insert

I really like these really useful boxes because of the clip-on lids. If I drop a box I do not have a floor full of tiny screws/ect. However even though they are not large I have no need for the amount of a single size resistor or other electronic component one box can hold and it just feels like such a waste to leave a box that empty. I developed these dividers to separate to the lid to make sure again if I drop the box I will not mix them up. Also I have added file folder type tabs so labels can be added to the section. An extra benefit you can pull the insert out of the box to help retrieve the components. This is my first attempt, I may try some other types of dividers as I figure them out. I hope this can help someone else out.
