Rear Dash Camera Mounting Solution

This is a Remix of iamSteven's Rear Camera Mount. I really liked the design of this, and was using it in my car for a few months without issue. While it was designed for his Land Rover, this works in many different cars, including the 2018-2024 Chevrolet Equinox. It simply hangs on the inside lip of the headliner.

My only issue was that the camera lens has such a wide angle that it was picking up a lot of the interior plastic on the hatch. So I decided to make this longer version to try and mitigate that issue.

When the hatch closes it pushes the mount down slightly and it stays up against the plastic with no sound issues or falling.

I printed this in PLA F from brand Like Silk on Amazon.
Please be mindful that standard PLA may not be the best material for this print if you live in a climate that can have significantly hot temperatures.

This made its way through North East Summer without any issues or warping.
