I made this template to help me line up and space recessed lights during installation. I use thumb tacks to hold it in place, so I can visually check and adjust the spacing before drilling. It includes a pilot hole for pre-drilling and crosshairs that make it easy to use a laser level to align everything. Ensure you remove the template prior to utilizing the hole saw.
