Recessed outlet cover

I had new cabinets installed in my kitchen, but the socket for my above the range microwave was a bit behind the cabinets. Instead of extending the outlet box (which was going to be really hard with a cabinet in front of it), I made a recessed socket plate cover. I think this could be easily remixed for any depth of outlet, just make sure that your electrical work is all good to go and that you just need the outlet cover.
