Lets you move rack gear back in the rack a bit to protect it or whatever your reason is.

I made the holes snug so was able to add threads with a rack screw going slow. Don't over tighten! I would add a nut to the screws holding the equipment on the back if your worried about safety.

I will probably update with some minor tweaks and different sizes.
