The tolerances for this model are fairly tight, so make sure to calibrate your filament first. Since the thread pitch is very fine, I suggest you at layer height of .12mm or smaller for the threads to work properly. The model of the hood is separated into two parts: import as one model with several parts.Should the threads not fit, you can scale the model in X and Y direction by about a percentage point. Do not scale the Z axis however, as it will change the 0.75 thread pitch. Scaling in X and Y will also allow you to fit this hood onto other filter thread diameters. The hood has been tested with a TTArtisan 100mm f2.8. It is likely that the opening is too small for lenses shorter than 100 mm.To mount fully screw the ring on the hood and then screw the hood on the lens. Align the square opening with the camera and turn the locking ring toward the lens until the hood can no longer be turned.
