Recycle Bin Lock

I've been dealing with neighbors throwing trash in my recyclables bins, so I created this simple way to make it more difficult for them to do it again. It is quite easy to release the hooks from the bins, so it's not really a lock, but something that will at least make them use someone else's bin. It also may help with raccoons or other animals that try to steal your trash. The kit consists in a tri-glide and two hooks, they are made to fit 50mm nylon mesh belts that you can buy on Amazon or hardware stores.
