This housing ism meant for Red Pitaya board. v1.0 and v1.1 fit in this housing. There is a ventilation grills which enable airflow. Active ventilation is meant to be used together with this housing.
Housing enables easy access to fast analog SMA connectors.
Printing with 0.3 nozzle returns optimal results and easy installation of Red Pitaya board with no or minimal modifications.
I've tested the heat dissipation with the closed version of the lid at room temperature. Red Pitaya survived but i don't recommend trying this.
My Red Pitaya runs with this housing non-stop and there have not been any difficulties yet.
Remove plasitc legs of Red Pitaya before inserting it into the housing!
Fan used for this housing is 40x40x10 mm, 5V. The fan connects so the pins for the fan (5V) on Red Pitaya.
