This is the rework of my original Red Ryder design. This was done in fusion 360 from taking a screenshot of the original and retracing a sketch over it.
The new model has better geometry, no artifact lines that were created from the 3D builder program, and most importantly the inside of the loop and trigger guard are beveled and are much nicer to hold.
Please print at a higher infill with thick walls as breaking can be dangerous. I used 35% gyroid infill with 1.2mm thick walls
Replacing the lever is easy. First, remove the screw keeping the original in place it's slightly lower on the receiver, it is held in place with a machine screw and a nut. Pull out the original (being sure you save it just in case) and put the new lever in place. bend the retention tabs that are behind the trigger so the lever stays in place when cocked.
