This is my design for a reinforced plastic pegboard hook I made for my airsoft guns. After trying other 3d printed pegboard hooks I realized that none of them offered the rigidity I needed for hanging my airsoft replicas, so I created my own.
They are roughly 70mm long (2.76") and will work with most standard 1 inch spaced pegboard although it may be a tight fit. They are capable of holding 4-5Lbs per hook with little bending.
Although these are more heavy-duty that thin plastic pegboard hooks they are NOT as strong as metal hooks, so only hang as heavy as your choice of filament allows.
