I used the website Terrain2STL to extract the STL.
I highly recommend this website for creating small maps to 3D print.
The file is way too big for the common 3D printer bed, so you'll have to downsize it.
For the mountains to be more visible when printed, don't use the same Z downsizing factor as the X and Y axes.
