REMIX CadetThrottle Smaller

Based on the excellent design by Vince_Prints. This remix combines the Brace and Face into a single model, ready for printing. It's a cut-down version including the control knobs.
The face has been sized into a single DIN (ISO 7736) 180 x 50 mm panel.
