Remix - Customizable Vacuum Tool - Interface Chamfered

I just add Interface chamfer to insert into vacuum pipe inside for my vacuum (http://plusminuszero.com.tw/xjc-y010.html ).
Notice, base outside(Diameter with Thickness) size is more important in this case.

* removed Interface_Chamfer_Length, use Overlap Length instead.
* Actual Overlap Length, is Overlap+BaseThickness, fixed.
* Add sectional view to debug model.
* Combin overlap chamfer code into make_base() with a few affect.
* Rename "Interface" to "Overlap"
