I don't like to use 3d printed parts for the kitchen, but I needed a temporary solution for holding dishes with our temporary sink. I only need this for probably a couple of weeks, but works good for small dishes. You do have to be careful with larger dishes tipping it over.
I redrew & modified this a little in fusion 360 & made the tolerances that worked for me. The female holes in the Rack_6, Rack_6_M, Rack_7 & Rack_7_M are all the same. I have made Connectors with 3 different size plugs, .15mm tolerance(Connector_Rnd_0_15mm_Gap.stl), 0.2mm tolerance(Connector_Rnd_0_2mm_Gap.stl) & 0.3mm tolerance(Connector_Rnd_0_3mm_Gap.stl) & a test print for each one.
I would print a test print of Rack_SizeTest.stl & Connector_Rnd_0_2mm_Gap_Test.stl to start with & see how they fit. If that is too tight print the Connector_Rnd_0_3mm_Gap_Test.stl. If it was too loose print the Connector_Rnd_0_15mm_Gap_Test.stl. If you don't like any of those, Edit the sketch PlugSize in either fusion 36
