Remix Duplicator 9 Bed Leveling Knob

This is a bed leveling knob cover that is a simple remix combining 2 different models to work for the Duplicator 9.
I created a second version (v2) that is smaller to make sure there is enough clearance around the stabilization bar and the aluminum upright on the right hand side. I recommend that version to make sure there is clearance.
The creators of the original models are the ones that did the hardest work I only did modifications to them and combined them. I left a pattern near the center so that the original design work on http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3145976 , where one notch is equal to 0.05 mm Z height will still apply. That design hints that 1 turn is 0.5 mm. The arrow tire mark on the side also indicates the direction to make the bed go up.
If this is too tight, you can just heat it a little with a hair dryer to make it slide on easier. Don't heat it too much though or it might get too lose. It was a little tight on the wheel but I purposely left the orig
