It is not possible to change the size.

Support for the sensor is in TPU
Update with new reinforced palm, servo position to optimize wire rolling as a winch, to take advantage of the 270 degrees of the servo rotation and double the force.
The movement lever was carried from 12mm to 6-8mm.
