REMIX - Pooper Scooper

NLarson created a great version of the scoopers found at pet stores as I've owned a few of them.

I found three things wrong with these scoopers:
1) The 90 degree of the shovel and handle just does not work well.

* Addressed by pulling it back 20 degrees toward the body, which seemed to make it much easier to work with.

2) The front of the shovel simply pushes against grass creating a barrier making it harder to rake.

* Addressed by adding a jagged edge (teeth) on the face.

3) The shafts often breaks due to issue #1 making them useless.

* Addressed by adding a universal broom handle insert.
