remixed it for my needs

Needed a nozzle camera mount to go with delta p extruder duct so I remixed this case to work with the bracket mount in this model (https://www.printables.com/model/256219-re-remix-delta-p-for-mk3s-with-leds-now-with-usb-b) my ELP model is USBFHD04H-L36 and it has a couple different connections on it compared to the blue PCB ELP.
